These limited terms govern the current public ResidentFlow website and authorized pre-commercial platform access. They do not replace a future society, data-processing or commercial agreement. External legal review remains pending.
Current service
ResidentFlow is currently a pre-commercial platform operated by JSCo Tech Labs. Public content is general product information. It is not an offer of a paid service, a service-level commitment, legal advice, or confirmation that a society has been admitted for operational use.
Permitted use
You may view the public site and contact us about ResidentFlow. Dashboard access is limited to authorized accounts. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe other tenants, interfere with the service, upload unlawful or harmful material, or use another person's credentials.
Tenant and data boundaries
A real society requires a separate governed authorization and onboarding decision. Real resident and society financial data must not be submitted until ResidentFlow expressly confirms that the applicable data-readiness and tenant go-live gates have passed.
Content and availability
ResidentFlow names, branding, site content and software remain owned by their respective rights holders. Public descriptions may evolve as the product develops. No certification, uninterrupted availability, paid pricing or permanent-free commitment is stated on this site.

Questions about these website terms may be sent to admin@residentflow.in. Material changes will be published with an updated effective date. Separate approved terms and explicit acceptance may be required before tenant onboarding, real-data processing or paid commercial use.
