Privacy Notice

This notice describes ResidentFlow's current, deliberately limited information practices. It is a factual pre-commercial baseline. External legal review remains pending, and this notice will be revised before materially broader processing where required.
Current scope
ResidentFlow is currently a pre-commercial platform operated by JSCo Tech Labs. Public pages provide product information and a way to contact us. The operational dashboard processes authorized platform and synthetic test accounts. Real resident and society financial data are not currently accepted for production use.
Information handled now
We handle information that a visitor chooses to send by email, authorized platform account and authentication information, and technical security, audit, monitoring and delivery records needed to operate and protect the service.
We do not use advertising or product-analytics cookies on the public site. The dashboard uses an essential secure session cookie after authentication. Disabling it prevents authenticated use.
Why and how we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, authenticate authorized users, administer and secure ResidentFlow, investigate failures or misuse, maintain auditability and recover the service.
Access is restricted through application authorization and tenant-scoped database controls. No certification or universal security guarantee is claimed.
Service providers and location
ResidentFlow currently uses Supabase for database and authentication, Cloudflare for delivery, networking and encrypted backup storage, Resend for operational and authentication email, Microsoft 365 for organization mail, and GitHub for source and delivery workflows. These providers may process technical or account information in locations determined by their services. Real resident and society financial data remain prohibited at this stage.
Retention and choices
We retain current platform records only for operational, security, recovery and applicable legal needs. Final category-specific retention periods are not represented as approved where they remain under review.
